This workshop is part of the 60th BIOTA National Conference and Scientific Sessions. The GLOBE Program protocols to be discussed will be a) Atmosphere (Clouds) and b) Hydrosphere (Mosquito Habitat Mapper). The main target of the program is to provide the teacher-participants of the Biology Teachers Association of the Philippines with opportunities in making significant environmental observations and collecting environmental data using the GLOBE Observer app. All environmental observations will be sent through the GLOBE Data Entry and the GLOBE Visualization System. Knowledge and skills that will be learned in this workshop will improve teaching strategies, guide teachers in handling and mentoring research topics and making class activities more immersive and engaging for students.
